IMPORTANT:  Please email David Smith (ballparkdave@tx.rr.com) if you can attend training ASAP.

*     DNC Alcohol Service Training is for those that received their TABC certification in 2007 and is only a refresher class.  All Managers and Beer portable workers that either have not received TABC certification or received their certification prior to the 2007 baseball season must complete the TABC certification class and do not need to attend the DNC refresher class.

Rangers Baseball, hot dogs and money for the band - a winning combination! We need all hands on deck to make our #1 fundraiser a huge success. The more people we can get trained, the easier the job for everyone.

No training is needed to work the hot dog stand unless you're the manager.  You just need a willingness to serve and a great attitude.  Each game needs a manager (hot dog stand managers must receive formal training before they can manage), a cashier, a cook and a few more to take and fill orders.

Likewise, Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification or re-certification (Delaware North training) is required for anyone wishing to work the beer portable.  Everyone who became certified last year must attend a “retraining class” before being allowed to sell alcoholic beverages at the ballpark this year.

Remember, both types of training are provided at no charge to you or the AHSBBC.

Please, please consider becoming trained, even if you are unable to commit to any game dates at this time. We need to build a large pool of personnel to draw from on game days.

Contact David Smith to sign up for training.
